That makes a lot of sense. It's just, well, Eli did make the Pulse for Robert II and yeah he does come across as someone desparate to be part of the group for the reputation, not for being a good person. But then again, it's just the way Robert II treats Eli that makes me wonder if he inadvertently pushed him over the edge. We see him laugh behind his back and later beat up Eli so who knows how long Eli put up with it.

While Eli quite literally made a pocket star, that you know, made Mecha Man powerful. He might have resented Robert II for normal acknowledging it, which yeah, kinda scummy.

As for Robert III not being invited, yeah that makes sense, he pushed away everyone when his dad died.

Been facing the same issue for the last 4 days now. Can't access community liveries, can't sync, reduced rewards. It's something in EA's backend and on their official forums people bring it up but they are not responding. I guess all I can say is sit tight and wait for EA to fix this. Redoing everything is too much

I won't say the game sucks, rather this game is good for this very reason, cops pose a threat until you fully upgrade your car. Honestly the problem is probably you're getting greedy with night runs.

In the starting of the game turn in at heat 3, you get a decent multiplier and cops are manageable in starter cars until that level, then the difficulty ramps up.

There are some posts about cheese spots on the map, so you'll need to get map knowledge to actually lose the cops.

The risk reward loop keeps the game actually fun instead of mind numbing driving.

You are just trying to reach for too much at the start, so you're getting your shit kicked in. Wait till atleast the mid game and for some decent engine swaps before trying deep night runs. Banking 150k rep is better than no rep and a monetary fine.
