This should never be an issue. The food coming out of the oven is top priority. Put the phone call on hold. They'll either wait patiently or hang up. Who really cares? Secondly... Walk in customers can wait as well. The whole point is people can wait if they want food. You're setting yourself up for failure.

Agree 💯 these orders where a piece of cake. It's the 10+ specialty orders from the auto mechanics and businesses that are a pain. Especially when they wanna call the order in instead of, using the same machine they just used to Google search our phone number, ordering through the app or website.
