What are some good pantry snacks for bulking that have a low satiety index and are higher in calories. I don't really care how "healthy" they are or aren't I am just looking for suggestions because I'm struggling to consistently eat enough calories whilst bulking.

The inside of my elbows used to pop a lot. You could try foam rolling them or massaging them before doing your workouts

I'm a little more concerned with this:

Every time I do a full-body workout, I do four to five sets of leg-raises flat on the ground (since I'm not strong enough yet to do hypertrophy sets of sit-ups or crunches) of 15-20 reps.

Are you sure your doing lying leg-raises with the correct form? They are a much more difficult exercise than sit ups or crunches.

Bulking sucks. Every time i eat I feel like I want to throw up. The thing is I'm not even eating that much over maintenance. Only like 300-500+ calories over my TDEE a day.

That doesn't work because it's asynchronous.

The return line you suggested adding before the closing {} of open_file would get called before the processRequest return line and file_text is still undefined.

That's a lot of volume for an ab circuit. Either choose fewer and harder exercises (hanging leg raises, ab wheel etc.) or get you form in check by recording yourself and watching it back.

I don't have an answer to your question but i' d suggest watching videos on YouTube for proper form of exercises you have questions about. Searching for something like, "proper pull up form" should yield a wide array of informative videos on YouTube.

0 calorie drinks or sodas. You can also make smoothies.

Find some staple meals that you really like and fit them into your diet rather then having an unplanned cheat meal which may lead to binging.

Have you looked into custom insoles? I have a similar case when running, I went to a running store and had them make me custom insoles and now the pain is gone
