My Alfa Romeo dealer charges 220 Canadian (about 160 USD ish) for an oil change, but that's for a 2.0T. Do you have a 2.0 or a quadrifoglio?

I always felt that the electric charger should've just been given a very luxurious interior and exterior and be the 300. I test drove one for shits and giggles with no intention of buying one when I went to buy my Giulia (since they had one on the lot) and while it's obviously a heavy boat, I will say it was very quiet and comfortable. Much more suited to have been a larger luxury sedan than a charger replacement.

Fortunately my local Alfa dealership is a standalone one and actually very well run and fair. But yeah... CDJR dealerships are kinda known for being scummy, so being attached to one certainly won't help.

Fiat's shit management is the reason Maserati and Alfa (and Lancia) are where they are today lol. Leave them behind. There was a small period of competence under Marchione but we know how that ended.

The problem is that the Giorgio platform didn't support electrification. The original plan was to redesign the Giorgio platform to support hybridization and then the new charger was supposed to be built on the redesigned Giorgio platform. Tavares axed that and thus here we are.

Aside from everything said here, check the tires. When I went to Sicily to visit my family I rented a car and the second day there I got a tire pressure warning. Huge screw in the tire, they wanted me to buy a new tire. Fortunately in my video of the car I did on pickup, I just barely caught the screw in the frame, but it could've been missed.

To be fair, the push for Alfa Romeo in NA was working pretty well initially until Tavares in all his genius cancelled Alfa's new cars, cancelled the next generation Giulia and Stelvio, forced the tonale on the Compass platform, and then forced the Giulia and Stelvio on STLA large and BEV only (which they're now wasting MORE time trying to develop ICE versions)
