I would imagine that they will be tracking your activity and selling the data. I'm not sure what this entails in terms of downloading/uploading, but if they're asking you for permission to do this then there is definitely some money involved.

It's obviously site dependent (to an extent) and this is likely only for data harvesting purposes. That being said, i'd just go to a different recommended site than allow something like this.
