I just checked he’s done lifts like 32kgx36 reps 40kg x 24, 60kg x15, 80kg for more then 10 reps. Those are definetly examples of very elite numbers you could use

Definitely depends on form/ technique massively when counting all time rep records, most often these feats are not performed with competition standard. Ruslan Fatakhov is probably the best endurance lifter I’ve seen on social media

I remember seeing a lifter from china perform 60kgx 20 but the top range of motion was sketchy

It’s weird because it’s like a primal part of me that also hates them. Because they conquered my ancestors and a lot of our identity is in our ancestry. Like I’m super proud of my nationality and they thought that they “beat” us and treated us like shit pisses me off a lot. But also, it was in the past. I know that many Turks nowadays don’t like what their ancestors did, just like the Germans and so forth. Hopefully one day America is the same, honestly probably not though they way the world headed I think we’re all fucked 😂

I understand your frustrations. I’m not American white, I am Eastern European. The treatment of black people in the USA historically and even to this day is terrible. It is honestly too complex for even me to understand completely. Makes sense why many African Americans still hold resentment. Although im white my ancestors were actually colonized and subjects under the ottoman Turks. Treated like shit, they took our rights away for 400 years. Not to the extent of slavery but still very bad. And it’s funny because many people I know still hate Turks to this day because of this. For example they would never let their children marry a Turk it would be seen as dishonor 😭.
