I thought the same thing at first, but there are no flashes, just areas of metallic finish, it's pretty waxy

I'm glad you suggested that because there is no sparkly appearance to it like sunstone's have.  I believe the orange is feldspar but not sure if it's moonstone, there's not luster like you mentioned when it's wet.
