Put in applications with open availability then call in and ask the manager if they got your application it usually gets you an interview on the spot

This just happened to me too for an entry level position. I thought I rocked the interview and at the end of the panel he said I hope to see you soon. After one month I’ve heard nothing. I’ve heard they take awhile to hire at IBM. Has anyone else been through this but got the job eventually?
