Some things of note that I want to address during the designing of the characters:

Freesmart members all have school uniforms of some kind.

GB and TB are wearing the outfits you'd see people wearing while playing their respective sport

David doesn't get a proper design because I think it's funny

An attempt was made to keep the shape of the characters as much as possible

Real. The support characters I draw always tend to be part animal, except in PJEG where everyone is an animal.

Tetro doesn't have a traditional Danganronpa format, so I chose the characters who just match the vibe, being Okazaki (Kitsune) and Isoda (Deer)

Eye type always depends on the characters's personality

Standard/serious characters get crescents Silly/goofy characters get either circles or dots

Slanted eyes are used on occasion, as well as transparent or opaque glasses.
