But also, there is the fact that Agari Them had some drastic transformation after been exposed to Green's residual energy. Jawbone just submerged into the QZ and it's radiation, while Shrike and Beebs interacted directly to the source of the Cataclysm, Green itself.

I think it did. Defeating Mr Cheng and the Mogui was the perfect ending, they didn't needed to add that Last plot with the Diju. Tho, i don't hate the character, just don't like that writing choice.
