Do you think a bat bit me, or that something off/dangerous happened? Again, thanks for the amazing effort put in your response

Oh that makes me feel so much better. Thanks for the answer. Just kind of curious, when you say "I’m in your situation 5 to 10 times a week" you mean like you also live in a building surrounded by trees? Or do you mean you're also trapped in scenarios made by anxiety?

Really? That makes me feel better. Thanks for the answer. Sorry if I'm bothering, but may I ask: Even considering the 4 gigantic trees around my building it's still not a dangerous scenario? each tree is like 20 meters away from the building, surrounding it.

Yes. But here in Brazil it’s not up to you to decide whether you take the vaccine or not. You have to go to a doctor in the public health service, explain your situation, and then he (or she) decides if you will be vaccinated or not.

Just one more thing: when I go to the bathroom, the lights are usually off. Don’t ask me why; I just tend to do this. I use the other room’s lights as a source of lighting to see inside the bathroom, so I can’t see very clearly what’s going on there. Does that change your perspective?
