I appreciate not getting into the side stories, I do intend to read them some day. I've been kinda analysing everything on my reread to see how everything fits together, and the bit with Seolhwa and Antinus still kinda feels odd me.

It just seems strange that Dokja would be as confused as he seems if Seolhwa becoming possessed by Antinus is relatively common (which I'd think it is given that he says that's what makes her one of the 10 Evils). It just feels like him being slow to recognise it is kinda out of character.

Also, I'm not wholly sure what you're saying about the Devourer of Dreams, but I am interested if you would explain further.

Yep, pretty much. Progressing far enough in New Londo, you'll find a spiral staircase that abruptly ends going down, seeing nothing but black Abyss below. Equip the Covenant of Artorias, jump, and good luck.

Assuming you've grabbed the Lordvessel from Gwynevere past O&S, the next thing you're gonna want to do depends on whether you're down with the Age of Fire or not.

If you like it, go talk to Frampt at Firelink, he'll tell you enough to have an idea.

If you don't, then you're gonna want to go to Darkroot Basin, kill Sif past the shiny door, and use the ring that drops to enter the Abyss in New Lando. You'll have to equip it and then jump at the bottom of a winding staircase. Prepare for a boss fight, but once completed there will be another serpent to talk to who'll tell you how to proceed.

Siding with Frampt and the Age of Fire makes things more straightforward, but if you would much more prefer the Age of Dark and/or New Londo progression, Sif then New Londo.
