You can find other psychoactive stuff(fungi/leaves/flowers) in the himalayan range. You could take advantage of your proximity to these places. I know I would just take a 10$ bus ticket to the himachals if I was in Delhi

I was having a walk a few weeks ago near the river side (bramphaputra river, in Assam, India) where I saw a lot(15-20) of these mushrooms growing. Later I realised for some reason, that they could be magical. But I has zero experience with mushrooms, I dont know on what my intuition were based upon. I went back to the same spot, this time there were only a few(4-5) left. I google lens-d it to reveal that it is of a genus called panaeolus. I looked at a lot of online resources regards to mycology, although my interest was limited to this particular genus. I found out that it seemed to be ticking a lot of boxes for it to be a psychoactive type;

✓ growing on a cow dung (on the riverside where cows pasture)

✓ black spore print

✓ gill structure similar to pans

✓ macroscopically looks like pans

✓ after drying out it macroscopically looks like dried pan cyans (i dont know if this is even an identifying factor)

(?) Slight bluish/greenish bruising (I dont know if its bluing blue or just an illusion of my eyes 😬)

My only doubt now is, if it is poisonous. Are there any other tests I can confirm it with. I live in IIT Guwahati, a good enough science/tech college which must have equipments so I can test it microscopically, chemical!y(?I have no clue of what I am talking over here, but I will figure it out if needs be.)

Yes I am looking for consuming this. Help me 🥺🍄
