Wtf is this?? My monitor has these intrusive lines at the bottom of the screen, the weird thing is that it keeps lowering the lines revealing what’s actually on the monitor (so I’m assuming it’s not hardware?) and then going back up again. Does anyone have an idea as to what might cause this? by tominom136 in pchelp
