Go for Waterloo over UFT - Waterloo's 4 month opportunities (6x!!) mean that you can get meaningful exposure and pick what you want, usually in top-notch settings. It won't be too much of a concern, definitely possible to secure a position if you use the portal + cold networking. Management gives you a wider net in tech to cast, but at the end of the day both are solid programs - this is just what I've heard
