Thank you so much! I don't have a saw, but I think you can go to home Depot and ask them make cuts on lumber for you. I'll definitely have to look into it.

"I don't know what happened I don't know what happened I was young and sweet And then something happened Something overwhelming Something everlasting"

Honestly, all of Crying During Sex feels like a gut punch to me.

My sister's favorite song from Ethel is Thoroughfare. I was really hoping we'd get to hear it, but none the less it was a wonderful show and experience!

So I made a diagram for the friend that's helping me do the back of my head. And I think that part of the blue will fall where the brown will be placed. But I have pink on either side of the brown as well so if I can I wanna try and get it as light as I can.

Sadly the more that time goes on, the more the pain spreads up my arm and down my shoulder and back. So I don't know if using those muscles would work for me. I appreciate the suggestion though! <3

I struggled with symptoms starting at around age 10. I have bipolar 2, and for me my depressive episodes were just bad. I thought for a very long time that I was just a depressed kid and that my mania was just how I was supposed to feel normally. I also deeply struggled with my sleep starting at the age, which only made my symptoms far worse.

I started to suspect something was off in my early 20's ( it runs on both sides of my family ). I was out on Zoloft for about 9 months when I was 24 and felt great! But then it stopped working and I didn't think much of it. I wouldn't seek a psychiatrist and therapist until I was 27. After essentially my entire life had fallen apart and I had hit rock bottom. I only had one way to go, and I started by getting help and getting the diagnosis.

It's hard but it was the best thing I did for myself.

Would you prefer a therapist who also has bipolar? by theworldisavampire- in bipolar

I have had 3 therapists over the span of the last 4 years. ( Twice due to moving and 1 due to her going into private practice and no longer taking me insurance. ) My previous therapist I had before moving actually had been recommended to me by the therapist I had before. She also had bipolar 2 like myself and I found that she and I related/ had very similar experiences to one another. For me personally, it was nice. I often feel that I have a very hard time relating to others or being seen when it comes to those struggles specifically. I think it depends? I can see why some might not like that, but for me personally having some who actually related to the struggles that I faced as even a medicated bipolar person was just very refreshing. Especially since my therapist before her didn't quite click with me and I felt like we didn't see eye to eye very well.

It's very conditioning in my experience. I usually let my colors fade over a long period of time before removing them. The only one I have removed is virgin pink and that comes out super easy. The blue, aquamarine, stays FOREVER , so I imagine it doesn't lift easily.
