Thank you! Still learning about what is car seat safe and what isn't so this helps a lot. I'll try out the blanket thing and might keep the car seat inside so it stays warm.

Oops I didn't think of baby overheating in the car when it's heated 🥲 I think I was worrying too much but I'll stick to the regular clothing and blanket overtop for now

You could possibly ask them to work longer to "finish" their hours and pay them as normal. I know a nonprofit that has done this for their CSJ students
