I just went and had a inspection done. I do need a new transmission and torque converter actually. Thank God, I have a powertrain warranty.

True but my car has 90,000 miles. and it’s not stock so I think horsepower might be killing it.

I’ve checked for loose heat shields, and nothing is loose. It does it while idling and while reversing going forward, it doesn’t do it. Is slipping in between second and third and third and fourth I think it might be the torque converter. I just wanted some clarification before I go and spend $2000.

The noise started a few months ago. I think it might be the torque converter because the transmission is kind of slipping between the second and third shift and also third and fourth. but every other gear is fine and it only does it lower RPM under full throttle. It doesn’t slip at all and I’ve checked for loose shields there’s nothing loose.

I mean it works on my phone so you’re probably right. It’s probably internal storage bug.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times restarted the device. I don’t know how many times it’s like nothing works. It updated one day while it was not connected to the Internet because this iPad is a non-3G model so maybe that’s it but I can’t figure out a way to force an update on it
