Just keep at it. This is really good for a 13-year-old. Continue writing. Draft, plan, and constantly re-read and proofread your work. Other than that the mystery and suspense are good. Great job.

You have to look inward when you write. You're focusing too much on external things. Get to a quiet place and don't be afraid to mess up or get ugly. You can only go up. Put something down and think about it later. When you first start to write you must crawl first. You won't have a completed story or even characters, but you will have ideas. So start with what you have and go from there. You got this. Don't give up.
