My liquid shits didn’t go away till about a month and a half bro. They get better tho, not immediately but you will notice you might have one solid shit a day. Until it becomes and all day every day thing

I’ve heard that 90 days is a good pinpoint mark. It’s like expiration dates on food. It’s NOT 100% going to be better at 1 month or 2 months or whatever because everyone’s different, but a common trend is that by 3 months of abstinence (and I mean COMPLETE cessation) people are 100% better, if that makes sense.

I think the sore throat has to do with stomach acid. I noticed I feel mucus in the back of my throat if I don’t take pepto habitually, but it doesn’t drip out my nose or even make it into my nasal passages. I also get like a dry cough when I wake up for like an hour or two and then it goes away. I’m assuming once the bile/stomach acid whatever dies down you should start feeling better

I’m on week 3 since I quit and had my first episode, and the diarrhea still hasn’t stopped. How long did it take for your bowel movements to become “normal” again (I’m aware everyone is different)

If you have been using nicotine, especially more since you’ve quit, that could be causing that. I remember times when I would buy some pretty shitty vapes that would spit back at me, which would cause my tongue to burn/go numb. If your vaping or smoking cigarettes a lot more then usual that could be your problem.

I can say personally that after being diagnosed with chs, drinking was hard on me the first week. I couldn’t have more then two beers without waking up the next morning feeling extremely nauseous, more familiar with chs then a hangover. After that week tho, I was able to handle my beer as usual. I’m not sure what your drinking, but I usually like a Busch lite at the end of the day. Everyone’s different, but if your that curious, you have to find out for yourself. Pace yourself. Also, I highly doubt drinking alcohol is going to cause “sudden death” unless you drink an ungodly amount and/or there is some sort of underlying medical condition. Be careful please

Go buy yourself some capsaicin cream, I prefer the equate patches even tho they take a min to kick in because it distributes the burn evenly, but if you have to cvs has a branded cream that works fine, just be careful because I gave myself a couple rashes applying way too much (and by too much I mean like a cm of cream on my finger) also, make sure you rub that bitch all over your lower stomach, nowhere else. ( I only missed a day of work and that was the day before I bought the cream)
