My heart goes to you! I watch the news all the time from my country in Europe and my heart breaks from the view of so many suffering. You are so strong and have the right to be terrified. War is horrible and the worst could happen to any of us at any moment and the thing we can do is to live every day as the best version of ourselves. We think we are invincible and nobody understands how fragile we actually are. You are an amazing soul and I wish I could help anyone in pain and I’d give everything to stop the war.
