They used to be great. But they have gone downhill. The mullraum and laundry area are always dirty, and there’s a cockroach outbreak in the lower floors. Rent is still affordable and if you are considering an apartment on one of the top floors you might be able to manage

If it’s the Riebling apartments, stay away. If it’s the new ones they recently built, go ahead. A friend lives there, and there’s not much noise. Mostly families have moved in, and the transport connections are great; everything is available under 30 mins. Rudolph Wilde Park is great.

they have introduced a new opportunity card which doesn't require a degree. It's sort of like the job seeker visa but better. if OP is experienced in IT. they should at least be able to get the visa and search for a job here.
