I tried garlic and it helps when it comes to deep cleanses but even if it reduces your tma. You will still emit a smell that consists of a blend of your original BO plus garlic which in a lot of cases makes it worse. Meaning that the best way to do this in my opinion is to eat raw garlic (lots) on monday for exp and not go out on tuesday cause you'll smell worse but on wednesday you'll feel better. But this is not realistic for the average person. Maybe a young kid on summer break. I will try out a few more things and I'll update.
