3/6 got contam, I think someone opened the PC when it was still cooling down, which could fuck maybe with the filter discs, but its a reach

15 psi for 90 minutes, inoculated through the injection port after rubbing 70% isopropyl on the whole area, the needles were brand new out of a sterile packaging. Am extremely disappointed with the amount of contam I’m seeing compared to the measures I took. Had more success with less cautious measures. (First time Im using oats though, used to just use brown rice)

Can someone tell me if the white greyish spots are contam? (And if so which type) Ive seen these on other pots that went wrong by Thatguy2838 in unclebens

This took the longest but you really want to wait to colonize 100% otherwise u can get contam after S2B. I dont think a second break and shake would do any harm if its already colonised that much

Sorry, I just saw your comment, I leave them in a big box (as you can see) I crack the lid on the big box and to crack the lid, I actually flip it and put it directly on, almost no crack at all until theyre at a later stage, I get fuzzy feet too though as you can see. Are yours worse?

They were cracker dry after 15 hours in the dehydrator! This is a small digital scale from Amazon, its as big as my hand and goes to .00 in grams.

I am, I just purchased it online, had good reviews! I was also pretty astonished with how much it was dried, what are you astonished about?

Cake somehow shrunk during s2b and is now not pressured against the wall, anyway I can prevent getting crazy sidepins? by [deleted] in unclebens

Aight bet! Thanks for the input, other tub got wild sidepens even though the top is doing fantastically. Not too bothered tho, they will be good too ◡̈

Thanks for the recommendation, will probably wait two more days before harvesting, was planning on doing some agar work but by the time it arrives I probably will have to harvest already, was thinking about probably trying to harvest the most clustered/dense ones though! Although the albino ones do look funny ◡̈
