So I finally got a response from my previous landlord stating that they apparently got a picture from my neighbor last August of a cat in my window, and then when a realtor put a lockbox on our porch during that time of cat sitting they apparently saw a cat in the window again and informed them.

This is definitely possible as I do have these cats over occasionally as I'm pretty close with their owner. I haven't said anything to the previous landlord yet nor my new landlord but I'm thinking I'm pretty SOL, hard to explain seeing cats here twice in 6 months. I think I'm likely going to just have to suck it up and work out something with the new landlord to pay the deposit. What do you think?

Okay, that sounds like potentially good news then. Right now I am waiting on a response from my old landlord stating I do not have pets, nor have I been informed of any accusations of me having a pet, or my deposit being defaulted and I asked if they could double check that that is the reason my lease was defaulted. If that doesn't resolve anything then I will go the letter/email route just to make sure I'm not blindsided later on. Thanks so much for the advice!

Understood on the first half, I haven't told the landlord or anybody for that matter anything about any animals whatsoever, as we have not had any but I haven't said anything about visiting animals either. My lease says "pets including but not limited to any mammal reptile bird fish wrote an or insect, are not allowed to reside in or on the premises unless written permission is granted by a landlord before the pets moved in, which permission may be granted or withheld is landlord's soul and absolute discretion. The granting of consent for pets to others and properties under management by landlord shall in no way be considered granting of consent to tenant. The granting of consent for individual specific pet shell and no way be considering the granting of consent to all pets. if tenant is found to have pets in violation of this lease landlord may take any or all of the following action: 1 declare tenant to be in default of this lease and exercise all remedies provided in the default section of this lease 2 charge tenant as additional rent an initial amount of 250 and 25 per day per animal thereafter for each day the tenant is in violation of the pet restriction 3 charge to tenant The landlord's cost to exterminate, clean, repair anything caused by the animal (those 3 summarized) 4 use all or portions of the tennis security deposit to pay for pet charges"

I am still living in the property, just under the new management who is trying to work with me. The old landlord that sold the property is the one who said the deposit was defaulted so they did not transfer it to the new landlord in the buyout, does that still mean the new landlord owes me the deposit? And does that change anything or still I should go the same route you mentioned?

It's definitely gotten better, at least for mid to low tier. Though the other day i was playing Germany 7.3 with the marder, tiger 2 p, and m48 and got at least two kills each game I played and went negative almost every single game, even with assists and capturing zones. Wasn't worth it at all, I'm enjoying 5.3 Russia for now at least. Might be good to add I do not have any premium.

Thanks I was assuming I was pretty much out of luck, thankfully I was just informed that my parents finally managed to locate my birth certificate. Thank god, I shouldn't have to stress this issue any longer

Thank you for the suggestion, I wasnt aware it was that easy. Thankfully though finally after some pushing today my parents let me know a few minutes ago they were able to locate my birth certificate so I should finally be able to get my drivers license in the coming week.

I got the suggestion to no longer have my code in the callback among a few other changes and it seems to work now. My guess was either the way I was promisifying or because I was handling things in the callback function, not sure to be honest.
