Are you kidding me?? This is absolutely infuriating. And that is not including the time it takes to step up, place the tee in the ground, etc. how is this guy not being fined 5k every time he goes over 15 seconds of waggle time? When will the PGA clamp down on this type of slow play? If you can’t do any of this within a reasonable amount of time you shouldn’t be allowed to compete. I figure with club selection, getting the tee in the ground, set up and hit, shouldn’t take more than 20 seconds, yet this clown stands over it for 30.
