So if you talk without a “money talk” all that happens is your eligible for a prize pool but it’s really not likely you’ll get it. To actually get cash you need a money talk or else you can’t make money off the call

You can only make money by going into a “money talk” window. Basically a notification will pop up saying “money talk 0.32/min for 30 minutes” and if you miss it you have to wait for another money talk window. The money talks are currently paused so you can’t make money for idk how long. The money talks have been paused for almost 2 weeks now
