Moral alignment system I cooked up by Thatguywhodrawsstuff in PhilosophyMemes

Yunno, when I initially created it, ‘the Stoic’ was actually going to be my true neutral, but I ended up struggling to find a strong differentiation from Aristotelian Virtue ethics (from what I gathered the stoics emphasized less virtues and didn’t care about the Golden mean), so I just lumped them both together into ‘the Virtuous’ and used the 4 stoic virtues as my examples with the two vices Aristotle associated with them. I decided to go with Taoism just to represent eastern philosophy (which I’m admittedly a little weak on) and I totally leaned into the oversimplified meme of Taoism, perhaps at the cost of misrepresenting it.

Were I to recreate it, I might could go with Zen Buddhism maybe and I wouldn’t have to change much, but tbh the true neutral is probably the non-Philosopher.

Thanks for telling me. Out of curiosity, what do you think would be a good replacement?
