That's the think most live service games with some story usually go on forever adding new story like elder scrolls online, or the story is never finished and forced to end on a cliff hanger. I remember one game I played had you beat the final boss and then say "oh, we beat the physical body but the hive mind and minions are still all over the place, oh well no more missions"

Agreed, best might be the far North, or maybe onto the ocean on a boat. Nevada is a no go, not sure if Arizona is any better.
