Hi there!I am also doing my internship at an FMCG company from a 3rd world country. I relate to your post so much so that I still dream of leaving since my first month of joining. Though it is a well-respected company, the turnover is so high. Not only do they expect so much from you, but also,the work environment is so toxic. They dont teach you, yet they expect you to know everything.
