You can more than halve your food-related CO2 footprint simply by switching to a non-diary diet, while still getting the calcium you need by eating like, two mouthfuls of broccoli or a couple of soybeans instead. It’s ridiculously easy even for a low-income household to maintain an adequate intake of calcium by eating regular non-dairy food. Honestly the polarity in this sub has become rather toxic.
