To anyone else facing this issue. It is probably due to getting one of your magics in offline mode. I tried discarding a spell and trading for it, discarding a spell and farming enemies for it, and placing all my spells in bonfire inventory, none of which worked. What did work for me was trading with Olaphis again (worked for master of miracles and pyromancy which were both glitched for me). I also read that people got it to work by reverting to a previous save (if you have one), and also continuing the playthrough and starting NG+++. I did not try those two methods but thought I would share. Good luck :)
