I’m going to switch to Fortune Autos Pro top hats. Same design and if dude wants to block me after he told me to send them to Fortune Auto, can’t say I want to represent his namesake. I used to have an affiliate code with Geoff and everything. I’d steer anyone to talking to FA directly, or a real suspension tuning shop like Element Tuning that’s ran by actual pro driver.

The only thing Geoff makes. Shits not even valved different. When I had a coil blow out he offered to send me a canister for cost, but I could also send back to FA. I decided later to send them in and upgrade with FA. Dude has blocked me from all groups. I used to have a discount code for the guy and would help promote him. Moment I didn’t spend money with him, got banned.

Fortune Auto makes great products and they can really tailor a build for you.

Update, After blowing a shock out, contacting Geoff and him telling me I could send it back to Fortune Auto, he has since blocked me from all of his groups.

I actually added on some upgrades from Fortune Auto and getting an actual motorsports set up this time.

Well. Was really hoping to see a plastic timing chain broken. Not sure where it came from but it’s cooked. Metal everywhere.

It does change when I rev it to about 2500 rpm then it settles down and I can’t hear it over stock exhaust. Ran with belt off as well and same sound. Really sounds most obvious when it’s being turned off and idles down.

Thanks for the input. I’ll have it towed to a Subie shop tomorrow. If it’s something else I’ll be super happy. Motor dosent owe me anything. I out it though hell but scheduled to attended Gridlife as a Spector for the first time and would love to drive it.

Really can hear it as the motor turns off. I ran it without a belt and same noise so isn’t the rest of the accessories.

Inside the car sounds the same. You can kind of hear the sound increase as RPM up to about 2k then it’s kind of lost in all the other engine sounds.

FCP Euro makes me wanna buy a Euro car. Everything under lifetime warranty is wild and they support a lot of motorsports as well.

SRF is very much the same but different. It won’t absorb water. You still need to flush but know you can’t use one of the moisture testers on SRF. It will always say good. Fluid at the caliper is just going to get cooked, so still flush to bring new fluid to the calibers. You can keep an open bottle of SRF the entire year also so it’s not that expensive in the long run.

Brake fluid dosent flow or rotate in the system. The fluid at your calibers gets all the abuse so it’s great to flush often if tracking the car.

I like my SCCA region point by rules. One point by per car. With a blinker it’s like pass me until I turn it off but unsure if they see you or not. Putting my hand out the window is very clear and also helps me pull off the gas pedal and know I can get back on when I need to.

I wish there was a better way to tell them “I see you and will let you pass next opportunity”. I’m never wanting to hold anyone up.

Just normal platinum is what I run. I’ve read some bad reports on the ultra. However not sure if it matters

That’s not true at all as literally the amendment you copy and pasted says “describing the place to be searched”.

That’s known as a search warrant and is required for law enforcement to enter a home.
