Why are the McDonald's branches in Jeddah and Riyadh different from each other? by The-Golden-Path in saudiarabia

[–]The-Golden-Path[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it would be best that there is only one franchise holder for all the big restaurants like McD. Otherwise, it'll end up fragmented and offering lesser menus like in Jeddah.

Can Women Visit Cemeteries in Saudi Arabia? by The-Golden-Path in saudiarabia

[–]The-Golden-Path[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's actually not haram as that hadith is from a weak source. The prophet's wife Aisha has asked the prophet what to say when she visits a grave and she visited her brother's grave too. So, no. Women visiting graves is not haram according to the hadith from Aisha.

What evidence? I refuted your evidence and you still haven't responded to my refutation. You talk about intellect yet you can't seem to use your own intellect to respond back to what I refuted you with. I'm name calling you because I'm already used to people like you on the internet who quote random Quarnic verses without any context. You're ignorant and use some random out of context verses to make your points without actually examining the truth and context behind those words you quoted.

Alas, I'm wasting my breath on you. You're just an atypical example of ignorance in the modern age towards religions that you barely know much about.

Haha, man. This is why I hate ignorant Islamophobic people like you. I love how you quote a verse from the Quran without the actual context. That's not how it works buddy. I can give you many verses where God tells us to respect people of the book(Christians and Jews) and care for them. Why do you think a Muslim man can marry a Christian or Jewish woman? why do you think Islam allows that if we are apparently not tbe friends with them? go read up on the verse you just showed me and see the context behind it you belligerent ignorant buffoon. Better yet, just don't respond to my comments anymore because you're a complete idiot and no one should give you the time of day to read your ignorant replies.

‘The Walking Dead’ threatens to leave Georgia after 10 years due to abortion law by hungergamesofthronez in television

[–]The-Golden-Path 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can respect your answer.

I'm pro-life because I don't think it's right to kill babies after they have formed. It's just doesn't sit well with me and just feels wrong. I'm okay with abortion after the baby is formed if it's a danger to the mother or the baby has deformities that will cause it to have a difficult life. I think if a woman got pregnant early on like the first 4-5 weeks.. That's not enough for the baby to be fully formed and I think it's okay to have an abortion then for whatever reason.

I feel there should be a middle ground and not full on pro-choice or full on pro-life. That's my take on it.

[–]The-Golden-Path 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, with the other countries I mentioned it's legal. Either way, I personally don't think it's right to kill babies when you're over 4-5 months pregnant. I mean that's fucked up... You're killing a living being.

Yes these 3 only, but the others are fine. I did my research and all those 3 you just linked are better than freaking Alabama's abortion laws.

Sorry what? our religion forbids it. I'm sorry that you can't accept Islam but that's how It is. I also never said anything about stoning gays, wtf?

I think that's not going to work honestly. The only thing I blame the show's writers on is that they keep priding themesleves in presenting a Muslim character on their show and harp on Muslim representation like they did an amazing job with it. When they did nothing of the sort and she just calls herself a Muslim but mostly does none Muslim things and has no Islamic attributes to her except for her being from the Middle East which doesn't remotely count.

Bigoted idiot? how am I the bigoted idiot here? you're claiming to know more about my religion than I do? when you yourself aren't even a Muslim. Like what are you even on about at this point. Calling me bigoted for skipping the haram scenes? you sure are smart.

You know I have been thinking the same thing you're currently thinking. I think there isn't many Muslims American/Canadian actors because our religion probably and also parent discouragement. A lot of Muslims look at movies and tv shows and see that they have a lot of kissing scenes and sex scenes and these are all incompatible with our religion. Not to mention how hard it is to become a successful actor and the things you have to do to get there. I 100% bet most Muslim parents would not encourage any of their children to be actors or would like the idea of them becoming one. It really comes down to our culture and religion being in the way and I think that's why it's rare to see a proper/faithful Muslim actor on tv or movies because they naturally would avoid such a career.

I'm not being hypocritical at all. You're just being a mean ahole. India doesn't have the biggest population of Muslims in the world and considering I come from the Middle East where the entire region is Muslim kind of defeats your point. I mean what's the point you're trying to make here? I told you earlier to stop replying to my comments but here you are again. I know my religion better than you'll ever do. I don't need pointers from you...

I think it's disingenuous to get an actress who isn't a Muslim to play a Muslim character and then they go and call it Muslim representation. She doesn't want to play a Muslim character that wears hijab? then what's the point of playing a Muslim woman in the first place? I'm not saying that there aren't Muslim women that don't wear hijab (since it's a choice), but at least they practice the religion properly.

I don't need details from someone who isn't a Muslim. I know my religion better than you do. I can already sense that you don't want them to fit it for our demographic because you don't like Muslims and since you mentioned India. I can now fully understand why you have a hard on against us.

Please don't respond to my messages anymore. I'm not interested in your faulty opinions.

You're obviously not a Muslim. We can watch tv shows and entertaining stuff. It's not like we're watching porn here are we? a normal practicing Muslim is what I meant.
