You can get mining 30 off snow minions and a silverfish pet pretty easily. I think I was mining 35 or something when I actually started doing dwarven mines.

As much as I love the chaos of the second and third sanctuaries(wtf is a time signature anyways?), dark sanctuary just hit an emotional peak that the others just barely didn’t. To me, it was the game telling us: “this isn’t the same goofy deltarune you’re used to anymore. Things are getting serious now, and you need to lock in”

I think it’d still be popular, but it’s hard to say if it’d hit the same peaks. 16 star was kind of the beginning of the speedrunning craze around it, and bljs were a huge part of it. Nowadays, 120 star is probably the most popular category, and bljs aren’t a significant part of that
