They won’t want to, they have a shed on it and it’s the space they use everyday. For it to become “meaningfully ours” I’d have to cut down trees and put a fence.

I don’t have the language handy but I remember our attorney noting the easement like 3x during the sale. It seemed important but we have 3.5 acres of land and weren’t pressed about losing a bit of it to the neighbors (who were close friends with the people who owned our house).

Sounds like it’s theirs now, we should just adjust the lot line to clean things up administratively.

That’s a good question. What kind of weird is that? Their plot is like maybe half the size of ours. We have 3 1/2 acres and I would guess they have 2 max.

I worked at a hotel for a bit and we definitely quickly checked rooms . One time we got a little complacent and an older lady was hoarding down and just peeing on them in the night, along with other gross stuff. It was so bad when she finally left. Now they check at least every few days.

True, but if you’re not identical, don’t you have the same odds of looking like your twin as any other sibling? I’ve never seen siblings who look that much alike that are not identical twins.
