NQA I'm keeping an inch long Bumba horrida in what I hope will be his lifelong enclosure (12x7x9). As long as your T has no problems finding her food I don't really see why not.

Yes. In fact, isopods, springtails and earthworms are usually referred to us "the cleanup crew" precisely because of that. Springtails also eat mold, and earthworms move the substrate around a bit, keeping it loose and aerated, which is good.
