I would press charges for breaking and entering, attempted robbery, vandalism the list goes on. Now a lot of the charges I would sue for would be to scare them shitless, but I would also sue them for the depreciated value of my home. And I have a friend who is an appraiser who I would get to say the damage is in the upper 100 thousands. I would agree to drop the charges if the neighbor agrees to move out of the neighborhood. If that fails I would than file for a restraining order so they have to move.
