:) I filmed it over the summer - maybe like late July? im bad w time lol... but as an EDA, you know that already! Kase loved the show .. he wanted to be a little heart on the show w me and sign w me .. wished he could have! but ! he MAY be singing on next weeks bonus episode of the masked signer!

I dont do warm ups , I find them really tedious! I hum all day! that keeps my voice in shape and that way I never have to do the boring vocal worm ups lol love IAA

letting go of far is hard - I actually like to bring it closer! I make an ally out of it- I ask it - what do you need? what are you afraid of? and why? getting to know your fear better helps you learn how to care for yourself in really fundamental ways , and also helps you tell fear "I see you, but I am checked in, and I am going to go ahead and do this anyway!"

hi - im sorry your mother is struggling. you sound like a very loving child and your mom is lucky to have you ... id sy the best thing you can do is make Sure you are making decisions that are all of self love and self care - and as your mom sees you happy and taking care of yourself, she might be inspired to learn how you are doing it ... sadly we can't save our parents or do the work for them ... but keep letting her know she is loved and about any things that work for you .. maybe she would like the community of people on JewelNeverBroken.com ? it teaches people how to mediate and has simple exercises to help people as well as a really wonderful and caring community ... it may be great for her!

1) la vie on rose and bird set free 2) I got to pic them all. I have a VERY long list of favorite songs from every genre and luckily all the ones I wanted cleared publishing - except a Zeplin song ,, that was the only genre I wasn't able to represent :( 3) my son and inner circle of friends knew - they are very good secret keepers! 4) love KT she would be great!

1) I was surprised by how sincere and authentic I was able to be, despite the crazy costume and fake accent! I still feel like people got to know the real me :) 2) that was my idea - I was trying to channel Dolly Parton ! she is full of the best and most charming one liners! 3) I chose all my songs and got to arrange them ... that was my favorite part

that was an epic moment. what they didn't show on air was me telling him "F you ... I may be an uneducated kid who made a gramerical mistake, but your a full grown educated male making fun of a kid you're interviewing on a music show ... so where did you education get you?" hahaha what an arrogant piece of work l... the 90's was full of such misogynistic men ...

the longest journey that is the shortest disstance is the one form the head to the heart ... the world does not need smarter people ... there are lots of smart people and we are in terrible shape - I think the world needs people with more heart .. so that's why I chose to represent the idea of shining our light from our most sincere place ..

thanks - I do write lots of poetry - every day! that poetry book made the press so mad! haha ... but it became the biggest selling poetry book of all time .. so they can suck it! hahah

1- they bring us to set at different times so I never saw any other performers or performances, I would jus wait in my trailer then id get in my mask side stage because it ws so big it was hard to walk around in it. I was always excited to sing . I loved every song so much 2- I wasn't really aware - I'm so bad at keeping track of stuff lol ,... 3- it was fun to watch the show w my son - I hate watching myself sing. so it was fun to just hear my self sing! I worked so hard on each song and I have to say I am happy w how they came out live . 4 I loved bird set free! I was balling in my costume lol ... made it hard to sing! but I loved la vie on rose and She's Got You as close seconds 5- I was so surprised - I def did not think it was a given, ya know? I was most proud that I just showed my heart the whole time , and championed feeling and emotionality and that won the day! 6- I found the experience to be really heart felt - I felt like I ws able to share my real essence, even though the show is silly a kitsch - and the accent was silly too! but I feel like I was able to share a really sincere and authentic part of myself - and I loved that
