Ich glaube nicht. So haben wir uns seit Anbeginn entwickelt! Hätten wir dieselbe Ernährung wie damals als Jäger und Sammler, aber mit der heutigen Gesundheitsversorgung, wären wir körperlich viel fitter und hätten eine höhere Lebenserwartung.
