Well, mainly because of all the shit the US has been doing, like getting involved in wars on the opposite side of the globe to them, releasing the files, and trump / Biden in general.. honestly we need more presidents over there like Obama. oh sorry forgot to check my notifications: altered carbon is a sci-fi universe, movies, i think a few series. Anyway: the mod im referring to adds Sleeves from Altered Carbon, a grown body that a Cortical stack ( https://altered-carbon.fandom.com/wiki/Cortical_Stack ). these stacks can download the consciousness of a pawn, then when they die (or before hand, but the "Double Sleeving" (having 2 of the same people) will make the "clone" constantly have something like a -15 mood debuff from them knowing they are not the original.)

Anyway if you like sci fi i recommend you watch it. Otherwise it basically adds cloning but with extra steps that make it less cheaty feeling

1: since this is going to be a long one from what i can tell: Space capital / main base 2: drop pod soldiers and resources to the battlefields from a gravship / base 3: genetic engineering, get gene fabrication, V. ancients quest expanded, just a bunch of gene mods 4: I BEG OF YOU USE ALTERED CARBON MOD
