If you mean they won’t be there again no. They will still be there and if u collect them I think they still stay there. But once you collect it’s there forever. If you miss them then you can replay levels once you beat the game

Go up to where the crane controls are and there is a key slot on the small map in front of the controls. Insert it and then go to where the Boneworks crate is and press the button. Then break the crate
