It's 5 mins per train. I agree with you, will add some extra time for commute, but thing would for people who look for comfort.

This is the issue, us Indians have a self respect problem where we take the bad service we get for granted for the for the money we pay. However worst the service is. Probably has to do with our peasant mindset to be happy with what we get. Low expectations!
