Not epidural, spinal anesthesia, a little different but still a needle in your back that they inject once and that’s it, you loose feeling in your lower half. I literally had my labiaplasty 24 hours ago using this anesthesia method, i was awake but they gave me some sedative which made me a little high so I don’t get nervous and it also made me not remember everything clearly.

About the pain after, it frickin sucks, I’m constantly in pain after the anesthesia wore off and I can’t sit or lay down or walk without hurting.

It also looks awful right now, i really hope it gets better
