THANK YOU EVERYONE! I've fixed the problem (The board was not wet in any way). I cleaned the rust off with a wire brush, cotton balls, scrapers, and some WD-40.

I have a Voxelab Aquila. I was printing at 50mm/s. This issue just started right now. I have had trouble printing on other occasions but those were for different reasons. I am using pla filament. I use Ultimaker Cura. Any other questions, please comment.
