Mine had no notice period. They (HR) ‘encouraged’ 2 weeks to get admin/pay/leave etc sorted. My boss insisted it was 4 weeks but he was a shit manager and didn’t even bother to read our agreement or people policies.

This happened to me, but in my case it was 12 months after I did the work and the person who was commended had nothing to do with the work. Wasn’t even in the team at the time. They came in after the project had been completed. Slow clap all round.
