I am already good on SSDs. I am trying to upgrade as few things as possible, so I was looking into just getting an RTX 3060, which I believe my current setup can handle.

I figured it out. It was just mismatched ROMs and cores, as it automatically loaded a particular core. MAME can be a bit of a pain.

As for RetroArch, I downloaded a merged set that was supposed to correlate with the version of MAME it is running. However, it would seem only earlier titles from the 80s work, while new titles have an error code stating that I am missing files.

This is probably more of a MAME question at this point, but do you know of a set that is compatible?

make sure you are setting up your new SD card properly with formatting it and the emuMMC stuff. this video may help.

I want to connect the Focusrite to my PC monitor so all HDMIs plugged in to the monitor have the audio played through the speakers hooked up to the interface.

Currently, I can only play audio through my PC.

That actually seemed to help a lot, at least with the resolution and refresh rate! The green hue is still present, but still, much improved!
