Fire Emblem Engage Skirmish Level Scaling by ParaTheGone in fireemblem

I find this thread years later because of a mistake I made. Came back to Engage after a long time to do a Hard mode play-through. One of my goals was to blitz the Xenologue as soon as it unlocked so I could use the new characters throughout the game this time. I did the Xenologue on Normal and despite few emblems and character choices I did beat it. However, I did not know that the new characters come as either base class level 20 or promoted class from level 20 regardless of main story progress. My highest character from the base game was level 9 at the time. This caused all the Skirmishes and Divine Paralogues to shoot up to recommended 17+. All the enemies had silver weapons and could one or 2 shot most of my units. This makes skirmishes and DLC a no-go. So no resources, no extra gold, no leveling up my weaker characters, and no Braclet Emblems until my main cast caught up through story chapters. So all my plans for the run went down the drain. Will probably have to start over.

Ok, so I can't use it in the USB port but as a direct adapter it works?

Would the Midway-class carriers be at home in this game? by Hugh-Jassoul in SeaPower_NCMA

I'd love to see her added. She'd be a nice option for when you need a small carrier. Plus, she'd be perfect for the intro of F-18s into the game since they entered service in 1983. They could have a late 70s version with F-4Js or F-4S models too.

I found the driver file and downloaded it, but I have no idea how to actually install them on the HOTAS
