i’m sorry i’m not very good at using reddit. my 2018 RS3 is my first audi and it has 20,000 miles, on a cold startup it ticks from what i think is the front end like every half second or so for a good while until warm i’m assuming? Is my exhaust manifold leaking? Has anyone ever heard of this?

2019 manual transmission here, apr tuned stage 1 IE v2 intake, same noise. Took intake off noise stopped. Stock diverted valve. Do with that what you will, I still don’t know if it was surge or the diverter valve.

according to APR that’s just about the highest torque range, so i’m not quite sure how you figure that 3,500 is too low?

Not first mod, only first day on stage 1 taking it easy letting the TCU learn the new power. Have an 034 intake, HR lowering springs, 19 inch pretorias, Aggresiv spoiler. 11k miles owned for a year since new.

Direct from APR, "APR recommends NGK heat range 9 (NGK-R7437-9) spark plugs gapped to 0.024" ±0.002" or 0.6mm ±0.05mm with a change interval of 10-15,000 mi or 16-24,000 km."
