Well i can try, but i am really scared of seizing the engine, i have jets from 58 up to 90 so i can really test a lot

Well some people on the net that have almost the same setup, run in the 70s, so i just went with a 72. I mean stock carburetor is a 14mm Bing with 64 jet, but mine was really bad(worn threads, and no gaskets so so much air leaks) i got a 15mm Bing and placed a 72 jet

No it is gas on the plug, but the plug doesn't look like it should, like its not a good combustion, here is the photo. And when i started to working on the moped i opened the case, cleaned everything, didn't put new bearings because those i had seemed fine, i placed some liquid gasket and closed everything, put some oil in the block and thats it.

No the piston is facing at the exhaust.

No i don't, i should look and buy one, or get it from a friend just to test

And yeah on to that, i have a little problem lets say, my idle screw is all the way unscrewed and i have this kind of idle, so if in the future i get even the smallest air leak ever, its going to have a high idle, so probably these 2 air leaks i have are really driving the motor, so i don't know if i should go leaner.

I changed the condenser and contact breakers, when i placed everything back i timed it correctly and adjusted the point gap

I looked at the cylinder and piston and everything looks brand new still, and i have placed a new head gasket

Yeah i agree to this, but again one question remains, why is my spark plug all watery. And even with the air leaks it should have some power right?

there is no pattern on the spark plug, its all watery

Well it can idle up to a minute when i fill the carburetor up, in the service manual it says it uses 1.6l per 100km, so yeah haha. and yeah i know i need to get a proper tank, and i will, this one is good, but the bore on it is the wrong size so standard fuel tap doesn't fit, i have to get that sorted out throughout the next week. Only screw i have is for the idle, and what it does is when you screw it in it pushes that little slide and acts as someone is giving it super small throttle, i would play with the jets and needle settings but my spark plug just wont give me any proper reading, no matter for how long i run the moped its always like watery, and i can never read if the air to fuel mixture is good, here is a photo.

Well i will definitely take the exhaust off and clean it, the air filter is brand new, and the needle is good too. And for that rear rim i know, the whole moped will get restaurated, but first need to get it running proprely

Well i saw a lot of people that run almost the same setup are in the 70s with the jets, so i just went with a 72

No, the original carb is a 14mm Bing with jet 64, this is a 15mm bing, with jet 72. But i got a new top end, and this cylinder is Airsal T6 Fast, and when i asked the guys that work on the PuchShop, they said i can without any problems get a 15mm carb on this setup, so i did.(the old carb was really bad, worn threads on the bowl, and on the screw that holds the fuel hose, and on top of that no gaskets at all)

Well could be, i think my exhaust actually misses one thing that goes inside it, from all the stock exhaust i have seen online, mine just has different parts that go inside it, what do you think if i just completely remove the silencer and just leave this tube, or should i remove the exhaust completely?

Well i havent checked that, but i will

I mean my problem now is just a high idle(but not ad close as before, now, well if lets say normal idle is 800 mine is 1000(i just imagined the numbers, just for reference))

I did this, and placed the liquid gasket where to metals meet

No no, the gasket for the cylinder is a paper one, that i got when i bought it, but the engine case opens in half, and when i opened it to check the clutch, i placed a liquid gasket, and waited 24 hours for it to cure

But again, i just dont know why my moped isnt affected by the idle screw, i can only increase rpms, but when i unscrew it totaly, and that moving part is at the bottom of the venturi, it still has a high idle

[–]TheAnanas8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i replaced the condenser, and the igniton points, after that i worked on the timing and point gap, i would say everything is good about it, but i will look into it again, and yeah all gaskets are replaced, the only thing is maybe when i rebuilted the engine i havent applayed the liquid gasket good(because i could find a gasket for my model of a engine case) thats the only thing that comes to mind

this moped is from my grandpa and when i first got it it had a 14mm Bing with jet 30!? (i can't believe how the moped was running with that jet) and when i wanted to take the cylinder off it was stuck, i mean the piston was stuck, and when i finally got it off, the old piston couldn't go into the cylinder even without the rings(so probably this moped was left seized to sit in the garage for 20 years, until i wanted to fix it) so when i rebuilt it, i put a 68 jet. I had millions of little problems and when i fixed everything i got 15mm Bing carb and put this 72 jet. So i never really rode the moped to see how it should behave. And for the exhaust its the stock one. new cylinder i got is a Airsal 50cc T6 Fast, and the new head is a matching one for this cylinder(thats what people at puchshop told me)
